At Trendimo, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

 

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation

 

How to Return

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trendimo.co.uk.

We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Method

All returns must be sent via postal mail to the return address provided by our support team.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund — and in cases of shipping damage, Trendimo will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Items that show clear signs of use or are no longer in resaleable condition

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

The fastest way to receive your replacement is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the preferred product.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification about your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Prepaid return labels are not provided

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • No restocking fees apply
